Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure a fair process for both our guests and our hotel.

Flexible Rate Reservations:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date (by 3:00 PM local time).
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge of 80% of the total booking amount.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:
- A full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or modifications are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
Villa Bookings:
- Non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking fee.
- Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Early Departures & Modifications:
- Once checked in, early departures may be subject to the full booking charge.
- Modifications are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
